28 days weed free

Hi guys
I’m new here I’ve been reading some of your posts and now I’m ready to join in!
I’ve smoked everyday since about the age of 14
I’m now 29, and out of the blue decided to quit
I used to smoke 2-3 grams a day, all day everyday
My sleep has been hard but it’s getting better
Sleeping feels so much for relaxing now whereas before I guess I was just intoxicated
Withdrawals haven’t been horrendous, I’m just irritable which is normal for me, and craving it so bad
When will the cravings stop? I still really want to smoke

Welcome to the community Fia, and congratulations on taking the big step to quit smoking weed! Kudos to you for recognizing the impact it has on your well-being.

It’s completely normal to experience cravings and irritability during this transition. Your body and mind are adjusting to the absence of a substance that has been a part of your routine for years (including your formative years). Cravings can vary in intensity and duration from person to person. They might be strong at first, but they do tend to lessen over time.

Remember, the journey to overcoming any habit is a gradual process. One day at a time, you’re rewiring your brain and forming new, healthier patterns.

Stay strong, keep reaching out for support, and celebrate your achievements along the way. You’ve got this!
