Just committing, tossing my stuff, and getting that first day out of the way was such a challenge. I’ve been wanting to quit for a while now and haven’t been able to because I held on to it. Getting rid of my stuff was so good for the pysche. It firmly told me that’ it’s for real this time and there’s nowhere to go but forward. If you’re having trouble with committing to quitting, and you truly want to quit, start by tossing out anything that’ll tempt you to go back. I so wish I did this a long time ago, but better late than never!
